Text Box: Diamonds Sports Bar & Grill is pleased to announce openings for 2007-2008 Broomball Leagues. Diamonds is offering one full size sheet of ice, (only for boot hockey and broomball, never used for skating) to be used to host Broomball Leagues.  Leagues will hopefully begin on Wednesday December 19th, 2007 and run through the first part of February, weather permitting of course.  All teams will be MSF Sanctioned. All schedules and standings will be posted on Diamonds web site.  (League options listed below). These are non-checking leagues.  All teams will try and play 5 games with a double elimination playoffs (weather permitting).  Diamonds will supply the goals, balls &  game officials.  Awards for league champions will be awarded.  Participants will have to supply their own broomball sticks or pads.  The game will consists of two - 25 minute (running time) half's.  Registration Deadline is Monday December 10th, 2007.  A $50.00 Deposit is Required when you sign up.  For all Forfeits there will be a $20.00 Charge to the forfeiting team.
